Paramedics can improve their work situation
January 17, 2010 on 11:08 am | By admin | In Health | Comments OffIf I asked you to name the most stressful jobs, what would you say? I’ll give you a minute to think about it.
You might say that the President has a stressful job. After all, he has to run the whole country and oversee most of the free world. I can see how that could be pretty stressful. I sure wouldn’t want to do it.
Also, you may say an infantryman has the most stressful job. How can it get worse than having sniper fire whiz past your face at any given moment? You don’t even know if you will live to see the next day. That seems pretty bad to me.
I also think the job of a zookeeper would be stressful. Imagine being around wild animals all day, any one of which could kill you at any moment. If you were in the tiger’s cage and the tiger thought something was wrong – you’re dead.
One job that more of us regular people are likely to have is the job of a paramedic. That is one super stressful job. You have to go out to save people’s lives, not knowing if they will live or die after you get them back to the hospital.
So knowing this, what better thing to do than enrolling in a paramedic to rn bridge program. This will allow you to leave the stress of the paramedic field while still being able to use your skills as an RN. This is a natural progression for any aspiring paramedic.
