For some people wrinkles give a person character, they are a marker of a long and full life and show great wisdom. For others they simply mean old age and the loss of youth; they will do everything possible to avoid them- expensive creams, laser treatments, anti-aging Reneuve supplement and even surgery. In these modern times our lives are fast paced, a mixture of stress and unbalanced diets, this may be the cause of increases in the early appearance of wrinkles.  Unfortunately to add more wood to the fire, large companies sell their anti-aging supplements with advertisements of tight young men and women, which make us more aware of our inadequacies. So what are the main causes of wrinkles and how do I get rid of them? Here are the three most common causes of wrinkles:A: Food.  A bad diet is a main cause of skin conditions, our skin is an organ just like your heart or lungs, it needs particular nutrients to repair and maintain it self.  Besides this a lot of the food that we buy from the supermarket, contains trace amounts of chemicals used in the production process, these slowly build up and have a harmful affect on our skin that eventually cause aging and disease. B: The Sun. Everyone knows that staying under the sun without protection gives you a great tan, but is bad for your skin, it dehydrates the top layer. The rays of light from the sun also contain high levels of U.V. light, which can destroy your skins cells. C: Toxic chemicals in the air. This is especially true for people living in cities, there are many toxins from cars or even household appliances floating in the very same air that we breath. Though they won’t harm you immediately, the chemicals are absorbed by your body and stored over time.

So what is the answer to prevent wrinkles? Take anti-aging supplements, exercise, eat well and sleep at least 8 hours a day. Your wrinkles don’t have a chance!
