8 Rules for Getting Six Pack Abs

1) Start eating right. Eat healthy natural foods 90% of the time. Foods like lean meats, fruits, vegetables, beans, and nuts are all staples of a proper six pack abs diet.
2) Eat 5-6 small meals a day. Aim to eat every 3 hours so that you avoid hunger but at the same time keep yourself full.
3) Eat junk food 10% of your diet. You can have whatever you want for 3-4 meals out of the week. Spread them out so that you plan ahead of time.
4) Stop doing crunches. They are bad for your back and neck. They are probably the least effective exercise to do for six pack abs.
5) Start doing reverse crunches/ They are basically the opposite of normal crunches except they do not put any strain on your back and neck.
6) Do compound movements too. Exercises like squats and push ups are very good for burning loads of calories. They burn a great deal of belly fat over time. Although they do not work your abs directly they certainly make your workouts more intense.
7) Drink water.Any juice or soda you drink must be replaced with water or tea. Green tea is a natural fat burner.
Just be more active all around. Do not overwork yourself but at the same time be more active. This will definitely help you achieve the body of your dreams.
