5 tips: no bad habits, exercise and telomerase enzyme

1.    Limit you smoking and drinking. Do you have any bad habits, such as smoking and drinking or perhaps drugs? If you do, than it is a good idea to make sure your body is in order. Studies have also shown that obese people are more likely to develop old age dementia illnesses, such as Alzheimer’s.

3.    Do regular exercise. This goes without saying, the benefits of fitness training are huge and there are so many types to choose from, not all require lifting large weights. As we get older our bodies stop developing and holding muscle mass; regular sessions of resistance training can slow this decline. Doing various aerobic workouts will help to helps deliver oxygen to your muscles and strengthens the heart.

4.     Relieve stress. We now understand that stress is the cause of a lot of terminal illnesses, it can make us sick and depressed and is unfortunately part of everyone’s lives. Too much negative stress can lead to heart attacks and high blood pressure conditions. To reduce your levels of stress, try mediation or yoga; simple breathing exercises and stretches will help to calm the mind and relax the body.
