Therapeutic Claims: Vit. B-Complex

It is widely practiced in Europe to inject people with a cocktail of Vit. B-complex. Apparently, they think that injections work better in the combat against tiredness compared to the other presentations that are commonly found elsewhere in the world. Some Westerners may find the practice strange, but then look at it from their point of view. They may also find it strange that you take the diluted form and not the pure form of vitamins. Although there maybe no approved therapeutic benefits to taking Vit. B-complexes, there is that belief that taking them can actually make them feel more energetic and their brain can somehow function better. This is their weapon of choice in the fight against chronic tiredness causes.

In case you have been misinformed, there is such a thing as hypervitaminosis. This is a condition where there is an oversupply of vitamins in your system and taking more vitamins may just reach a saturation point and nothing will work. This is opposed to hypovitaminosis which is a condition where your food intake does not give you the required amounts of vitamins that your body needs. You can find out which of these you have by just taking a simple blood test. So before you decide on taking vitamins, try to not self medicate your extreme tiredness.

There are two ways to get Vit. B shots, if you prefer not taking the diluted form: have a nurse or a personal friend in the form of a doctor inject you if you are scared to do it yourself, or if you are a needle phobic, a spray can be also administered. It’s really your choice.

It is extremely important for you to know that Vit. B is not a miracle cure-all. It is still best to have yourself diagnosed properly if you feel that you have chronic fatigue. Who knows, you may be suffering from something else and may need a different treatment.
