By the way crunches on the floor are the wrong way to go when trying to get six pack abs. Too many people think that in order to get six pack abs you need to do hundreds of crunches a day. When in reality you should be doing effective ab exercises.

But the main focus of your workouts should not be ab exercises. You can add a couple of exercises like reverse crunches at the end of your workout to hit your abs hard.

But you should be doing compound exercises first. Exercises like squats, chest presses, and rows. They may not seem like exercises for abs but they are. They burn belly fat fast and build muscle all over your body for maximum effort.

You will easily see results within weeks just by doing these exercises mixed with effective ab exercises. Get some variety as well.

About every 2 weeks mix up your movements to keep your body and metabolism guessing. Weight training really boosts your metabolism as well. Just keep on doing these things and you will get results fast.
