To get six pack abs you need to understand the methods that work better than the others.

Then you may get into the harder stuff like compound exercises. These exercises like squats and bench presses are not for the beginner.

Ab exercises like reverse crunches are awesome. If you do them and have never done them before then you will be pretty sore the next day.

If you want to get six pack abs fast then this is the way to go. Start by doing about 2 sets of 15 reps if you can.

To do them simply lie on your back and lift your legs up and bend your knees. Then bring them to your chest and forward again. That is one rep.

You may also do the plank. It is one of the best core exercises that help build six pack abs. Start by doing it for a minute. Do it by getting into a push up position only rest your upper body on your forearms. Hold this position as long as you can.
