My Aspirations To Become A Nurse
March 5, 2010 on 1:08 pm | By admin | In Health and Fitness | Comments OffFor many a nursing career is a great way to earn a decent paycheck but for the individuals who travel down the career path nursing has to be a passion. It takes a special kind of person to deal with the medically challenged on a daily basis. The nursing school administrators understand that nursing school is a challenge and not everyone will follow through with the entire course. This is why they have made the enrollment process vigorous. This helps to distinguish between those who are serious about a career in nursing and those who are not.
One of the main steps to the process includes completing The Nursing School Admissions Essay. Since time and funding prevents most schools from conducting face-to-face interviews with students several schools call for potential students to complete this essay. This essay will break down your reasons for wanting to attend nursing school and how you plan to complete your goals so that you can become a nurse. For many this essay is the only contact they will have with the school which would decide their future. It is important to put your essay together in a way that will clearly clarify your goals and aspirations and a plan of action to successfully reach those goals.
The educators who are reviewing your application for entry are able to distinguish between fact and fiction. Try not to put fluff and falsehood into your essay. Your reasons for wanting to go to nursing school may not be the same reasons why I want to be a nurse. It’s important to just be honest it says way more for your character. It’s okay to say that you’ve wanted to be a nurse since you were a child if that is actually the case. However only you know and only you can explain what your motivation is for wanting to complete a nursing course. Although many people are accepted into the course not all students complete and go on to the nurses. Once accepted into a course it will still take a lot of drive and determination to fulfill your goals and aspirations of becoming a nurse.
