Learn to distract yourself

Panic attack is a physical expression of the fears inside the mind of a person. Panic attack happens, generally, due to a person’s irrational or rational fear of anything. Now, this anything can be anything real or virtual. Panic attacks occur when a person becomes unable to control his fears and when his fears over take his mind; they are expressed in the form of a panic attack. Now, the next concern is how to control panic attacks.
The best way to control panic attacks is to learn to distract you. Distracting you will help you control your fears by not thinking about them. So, whenever you get a panic attack, try and distract yourself. You can use different ways to do this. For instance, sit down and breathe slowly and relax by thinking about some good old memory. This will help you take off your mind from your fears and help you control the panic attacks. Similarly, to distract your mind, you can also try calling you friends or your girlfriend/ boyfriend. I know someone who used to do this to distract him and it helped him enormously. You too try and see if can do the same to you.
If you can take your mind off from what has been troubling, you will also be able to stop panic attacks. It is just about how good you do this.
Remember, once you start a Panic Attack Treatment, you will be on the road to recovery and you will have to make it your second nature to control and stop panic attacks. The only way to completely cure this condition is to master your fear.
