How Do I know If It’s Severe Anxiety Disorder?

People who suffer from sever anxiety disorders often do not get the help that they need until it is too late. The reason behind this is that they may not tell others about how they feel or they may not be aware of what they are going through. Too many times the only reason that they seek help is becasue of depression or sucicidal attempts. Itn is good to be aware of what what the symptoms of severe anxiety disorder is so that you can get help or help those who have it.

1. Panic Attacks- a lot of people suffer from anxiety and panic attacks but those people with a severe disorder suffer from it more than iothers. it can be possible to experience a panic attack one after the other. Common associations with panic attacks are: difficulty breathing, chest pain similar to a heart attack, feeling very scared and the thought of dying or losing control.

2. Withdrawn- since panic attacks are common for people with severe anxiety disorders it can be common for them to become withdrawn.They may prefer tio stay in the safety of their own homes becasue they fear experiencing another attack or because they may have other phobias associated with their anxiety.

3. Depression- many of the mental disorders that we have around are usually coupled with depression and this includes severe anxiety disorder. A sufferer may feel sadness for no apparent reason. They may feel as though they are doomed and that life is not worth living any longer. It can also be common for them to have thoughts about taking their own life because they have no other way of dealiong with their anxiety.

Having a severe anxiety disorder is something that should not be overlooked. If you have any of these symptoms or you know someone who has them, it will be best to seek help immediately.
