To get six pack abs you should focus on changing your lifestyle up a little bit. It does not have to be anything too drastic. Just eat right and do some six pack abs exercises to lose belly fat and build six pack abs.

Start out by focusing on your diet. Your diet should be clean with foods like lean meats, fruits, vegetables, and nuts. These are the kinds of foods that will burn belly fat and have your body build six pack abs in no time.

Eat 5-6 small meals a day starting breakfast in the morning. Start your day off with a great breakfast. Something like an omelet with veggies and an orange on the side or a bowl of apple cinnamon oatmeal you made yourself.

Six pack abs can come relatively fast as long as you first focus on diet for a week or two and then get into exercising. Doing exercises like reverse crunches are a solid pick. Do these by laying on the floor with your knees bent. Then bring your knees back to touch your chest and forward again.
